- Access to Eulav Services is based on credits that you purchase in advance.
- Credits are deducted when you use features, insights, or automation tools.
- Payments for credits are processed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Credits may expire if not used within 12 months, unless otherwise stated.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient credits to use the Services.
3. Store Data & Integrations
- By connecting your store, you grant Eulav permission to access necessary data for analysis and optimization.
- You retain ownership of your store data; Eulav only processes it to provide Services.
4. Intellectual Property
- Eulav owns all rights in the Services, including software, designs, and trademarks.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell our Services.
5. Disclaimers
- The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee specific revenue results, though we provide optimization insights and automation.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Eulav is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Misuse the Services.
- Attempt to circumvent the credit system or payment obligations.
You may terminate anytime by closing your account. Unused credits are non-refundable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
